Overview

The Zoe Competition by Sanremo Coffee Machines is a traditional espresso machine for espresso bars focused on quality and ease of drink production. Although the Zoe’s underlying mission is economy, this traditional volumetric dosing espresso machine with heat exchange system offers features that are not available on other espresso machines in the same class. Boasting a Stainless Steel body, Zoe avoids a lot of plastic making it a heavy duty espresso machine that is built to last. Zoe comes standard with shot timers at each group which enables baristas to more easily easy monitor product quality and consistency. The Zoe has pre-infusion enabling on select drink buttons for more control over beverage taste and an easy auto-clean program, removing the guess work out of cleaning groups properly. Additional Options: Automatic Heating Steam Wand and Cup Warmer. Consider pairing the Zoe with the MDXS On-Demand Grinder for consistent espresso beverages every time. Also, consider the FB.18 SB if you are looking for more control over temperature and more barista tools.

Warranty

Sanremo Coffee Machines Warranty

Sanremo Coffee Machines include a one-year limited parts warranty. This warranty begins either on the date of installation, as documented on the installation form, or 90 days from the date of purchase—whichever comes first. Sanremo warrants that the equipment it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to equipment that Sanremo determines has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, inadequate maintenance or repair, damage, or accident. ESN Extended Warranty
Your purchase includes an ESN Extended Warranty, provided at no additional cost. This extended coverage is designed to complement Rancilio’s factory warranty and is outlined clearly on your invoice. Coverage terms vary by model and are adjustable based on installation and usage considerations.
