Overview

The Rancilio Silvia Pro just got an upgrade to the Silvia Pro X.  The main point was to give home baristas more control over their coffee but they also added some additional color choices. The new Silvia Pro X now comes standard with a more acurate pressure guage that measures preasure in your coffee boiler not a your pump. Rancilio has also upgraded the port-a-filter to the same as their Rancilio Specialty RS1 flavor profiling espresso machine.  Silvia Pro X offers a unique opportunity to those who love espresso beverages by providing features that not even all professional baristas have access to . Those features are a single and double shot professionally sized port-a-filter baskets , dual-boilers and dual PID, a 58 mm weighted tamper, variable pre-infusion and temperature profiling.
