Overview

Franke S700 is a 2-Step automatic commerical espresso machine with digital connection options (Ethernet/Lan, wifi and cellular modem). Beautiful anthracite black exterior with black panels and smoky colored bean hoppers. The S700 is a high volume automatic machine capable of producing 250 beverages per day. Comes with five product pages Choose  6, 12, or 20 beverage, steaming and hot water options per page.

Features

Americano Bypass:  This feature lets you customize traditional Americano beverages by controlling the amount of water used to brew the shot(s) and the water added to the customer's cup. You can also choose when to add the water—before, during, or after brewing—to enhance the flavor according to your preference. Settings are defined in milliliters and percentages.

Bean Hoppers: Standard hoppers come in a smokey color. Clear hoppers available as a special order

Grounds Chute (Optional) 

Hot Water Wand:  S700 Utilizes a cold mix or economizer valve to allow you to easily set the temperature of your choice.

IQ Flow:  The IQ Flow technology allows you to bring out the flavor of your coffee by slowing or acceleating your brewing flow rate. The system maintains your programmed preferences for each beverage by auto adjustment. 

Steam Wand (Heating and Frothing): Pre-set a variety of temperature frothing and foaming options and preferences. Comes standard in the U.S.
