Overview
Built for high volume environments and many of the features available on the Mythos II you will not find on statndared commercial espresso grinders.
Mythos II by Victoria Arduino s available in three formats: Pure, Premium and Gravimetic. All features on the foundation model which is the Pure model will be found on the other two models, Premium and Gravimetric. If shot consistency is your goal, the Gravimetric model would be our recommendation
- Pure comes standard with a touch screen, temperature control (heating and cooling), clump crusher technology, micrometric grind adjustment, 85mm titanium burrs, Barista lighting and hands free port-a-filter holder.
- Premium offers a variable speed motor.
- Gravimetric offers a variable speed motor and dosing by weight not time. Dosing is measured by weight for precision and the grinder self-adjusts to execute the desired weight.
