D8
1 Year Worry Free
Pricing includes professional installation, a 12-month labor and travel warranty, training in both maintenance and operation, and one comprehensive annual maintenance
Overview
The D8 is similar to a multi-boiler system, but not exactly the same. Unlike most single-boiler machines that rely on a thermosiphon to heat the brew water and maintain group temperature, the D8 uses its heat exchanger strictly for preheating.
Instead of depending on thermosiphon circulation to stabilize the group, the D8 uses an electric heating element at the group itself. This allows you to set the group temperature anywhere from 194°F to 208°F, maintained by a heating element. This makes the D8 customizable for operators.
The steam boiler is also controlled by temperature rather than steam pressure, and the machine offers three selectable steam-boiler temperature settings.
