Auto-Rinse: Auto purge or auto rinse is a convenient feature that rinses your machine's group after brewing. When your remove your portafilter to discard your coffee grounds, your espresso machine will automatically rinse your group. Saves you time and money from over rinsing.

Connection: Easily swith using the E1 App from a direct plumbing connection to a simple pour over water source.   

Easy Cream Steam Wand: Allows you to program for both foam texture as well as desired heating temperature. This all-in-one steam wand is a great choice for those wishing to simplify the drink preparation process freeing hands for other activities. Two temperature and two frothing settings per wand.

Hot Water Wand:  Program your hot water faucet for a preferred dispensing time as well as temperature. Your wand Will automatically and conveniently shut off at the defined time and preferred dosed amount.  
 

My Victoria Arduino App: User-friendly, the E1 Prima allows you to control various functions of the espresso machine such as Easy Cream and Pure Brew features.

Steam Lever: The steam valve is electronic and is operated with an up or down action. 

Pure Brew: The "Pure Brew" feature introduces precise control over water pressure by regulating the flow of water. This is achieved with a pulsing solenoid valve, which can be programmed to open and close rapidly, essentially pulsing the flow of water. By adjusting the frequency of these pulses, operators can influence the pressure at the brew head throughout all stages of brewing. This technology grants operators unparalleled control over the brewing process. Additionally, with a modified algorithm, the pulsing valve enables the espresso machine to produce single servings of coffee and tea.  

Soft infusion system (SIS): Provides you peace of mind over quality and product consistency, no matter who operates your machine. Soft Infusion System addresses a common concern for espresso businesses. Water hitting coffee grounds at full pressure can act like a drill creating  holes through the coffee bed. These channels will create an uneven coffee saturation which will effect your brewing time and the taste of your coffee. The purpose of the SIS is to postpone water at high pressure from initially being introduced to the coffee grounds. The Soft Infusion Systiem is made up of a chamber inside the Appia Life's brew group which is placed before the shower screen. When you begin to brew, the water enters the chamber first, which dramatically reduces the force of the water down to just a gentle wetting on the the gounds bed. This wetting prepares the grounds before normal brewing pressure. Only once the chamber fills,  will the machine operate at full pressure.(appoximately 9 Bar).  By slowly introducing water to the coffee bed, this also allows the water to evenly saturate your coffee, correcting any fissures or air pockets caused by uneven tamping.

Victoria Arduino espresso machines come standard with a 2 year manufacturer warranty (Part and Material). Extended warranties on  labor, travel, preventative maintenance and part service will vary. Contact us for warranty options and pricing.
 

Water Info

The installation of a water softener is mandatory for all users that do not  meet the required water specifications, failure to do so will void your warranty. It is recommend to always add a water filter to your order if you do not have one already. Replacement time of filters depends on your water and quantity of drinks being made.

Our Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino espresso machines come with a complimentary preventative maintenance service, designed to ensure peak performance. This thorough maintenance is carried out before warranties expire, presenting an ideal chance to restore your equipment to its optimal working condition. Additionally, this service allows us to inspect the internal components for any potential defects or issues that may have been overlooked. If we identify any such issues, rest assured they will be promptly addressed at no additional cost while your machine is still covered by warranty.
